Our knowledgeable engineers are also available to repair any problems or breakdowns that your boiler is experiencing. We understand the inconvenience incurred when heating systems and / or hot water systems are out of action and will do our best to diagnose and correct any problems as soon as possible.

It is helpful of your manufacturing instructions and bench mark (boilers only – the bench mark would have been given to you when your boiler was fitted and should be completed each time your boiler is serviced) are available when our engineer calls.

Central Heating Installation:

Installing a boiler or central heating system is an important investment which will add value to your property and could save you money on your energy fuel bills.

At Moorheat we offer a fully comprehensive installation service. We can advise you which boiler would best suit your needs , will survey all heating systems into your property – this ensures that all radiators are correctly positioned and substantial enough to heat each room – and aim to install your new heating system in the least disruptive way possible.

Once complete our engineer will talk you through your new boiler / heating system and answer any questions that you may have.

Radiator Replacement:

Moorheat can update your existing radiators or fit a new radiator or heated towel rail to your existing system.

Updating older radiators with new energy efficient versions can heat your home up quicker. They come in a range of designs, from traditional to ultra modern and can help you improve the look of your home.

Landlord Safety Certificates:

When renting a property all gas appliances and heating systems must be tested yearly and certified by a Corgi registered engineer as safe to use.

Plumbing Work:

Moorheat can undertake all aspects of plumbing work. Our quotes are free of charge and we’d be happy to visit your property to discuss your requirements further.

24 Hour Emergency Call Out:

Moorheat is there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a heating or plumbing emergency you can call us at anytime and we will send an Engineer to assist you as quickly as possible.

There is no need to take out expensive yearly contracts or pay monthly charges to national companies, ‘just in case.’ Such companies usually send a local engineer at a premium. When you ring direct to Moorheat you can rest assured that your bill will represent the work completed and not feature any over inflated charges.
